Capital Giving
 Friends Meeting School was started in 1997. Our campus was created from what was farm land and we continue to grow and expand to meet the ever-changing needs of our students. FMS is currently in the middle of a $3,000,000 Capital Campaign.
The money raised is being used to fund the the new building that opened in the Fall of 2009.
The new building houses a full-sized gym, a performing arts space, classrooms, and offices and will fulfill our strategic vision to provide facilities for our students to learn, grow, and play in mind, body and spirit.
While having an outstanding faculty is critical to our success, having adequate, well maintained and well equipped facilities is equally critical to our success. We must integrate and apply technology throughout the school and our lesson plans in order to prepare our students for the future. Your contributions to the capital campaign help us invest in our students and assure that they experience the finest, most accepting, and well-rounded education in the area.
We have begun to grow the endowment to better provide for our teachers, staff, students, and future growth but there is also a pressing current need to complete the new building, reduce debt, and prepare for the final phase of construction on the second floor. These current needs are addressed by the generosity of people like you who donate to the Capital Campaign.
