Arts Friends Meeting School is a creative environment that challenges and inspires students to do their best. Both visual and performing arts are part of our core curriculum. At FMS we strive to combine a high level of intellectual, ethical, and artistic standards in our search for knowledge and truth. Arts education at FMS is especially important because it addresses several areas of the multiple intelligences. While arts classes are part of every student's schedule, the arts are also incorporated in other classes as well. Even outside of art or music classes, students have numerous opportunities to demonstrate and express their personal creativity.
