Friends Meeting School.
We are a small, close-knit school community and during the admissions process you will meet a lot of people, including students, teachers, staff members, parents, and even Board Members. We hope each person will give you their unique perspective of what FMS is and will help you determine if FMS is the right school for your student.
We have tried to include a broad scope of information on this website and information specifically about our admissions process in the tabs to the left.
However, the very best way to get to know us is to visit! We also welcome your phone inquiries so please call Kim Mulhern, at (301) 798-0288 and she will answer any question you may have and/or schedule an appointment to visit.
FMS accepts applications year-round for admission in the current or following school year. We maintain wait lists for grades in which there are no openings. We encourage all families to apply early.
